Pap-smear caused me infection and gave me severe pain..
Hi,
my name is Claudia. Two weeks ago I had a Pap-smear done and ended
up with an infection. The infection got so bad that I had to go to
the ER where they administered pain killers and antibiotics. I was
prescribed even more antibiotics and pain killers down the road. The
infection seemed to go away but the pain was still very persistent.
My low abdominal area was very sensitive to touch. I read about the
great reviews of Dr. Wu and decided to go see him. Dr. Wu told me
the pain normally will go away in 10 seconds. But actually it took
less than 3 seconds, the pain just disappeared. In spite of my fear
of needles, I was surprised to discover that there was no pain at
all. But most of all the PAIN was gone. Wow…… Now I believe in
“miracles”. This is by far the most amazing and positive experience
I’ve ever had. Way to go Dr. Wu.
Around early two thousand years ago, in the book of classic of Chinese
Medicine, Yellow Emperor, Su Wen chapter already had the discussion
and knowledge of female reproductive organs, such as uterus. Till
Song dynasty, there were more detailed description about gynecology
and female reproductive system, such as the shape and location of
uterus, and more précised discussion of the functions of
reproductive system.
Through thousands of years of research and
study, Chinese medicine and acupuncture have developed a complete
theory and treatment approach for women’s health and infertility or
fertility both for female and male.
According to the Traditional Chinese medicine,
kidney is the major organ to storage the body essence, the essence
transforms into vital Qi. The Kidney essence controls the growth of
body, the development and reproductive function. The stronger
kidney Qi, the more mature of the reproductive organs, and the Qi
and blood in the uterus and Ren chong meridians are richer and more
harmony. Therefore in the Chinese medicine, the major reason of
infertility and women’s gynecology are closely related with kidney
Qi deficiency, and the blood and Qi in Ren, Chong meridians are not
coordinated.
With the adjustment and therapy of acupuncture
and Chinese herb medicine, lots of the gynecology and reproductive
problems could be benefited. Especially for women traditional
Chinese medicine approach could be naturally and effectively treats
and maintain the health at all different age periods:
In the early childhood, acupuncture and
Chinese medicine could help to develop a strong constitution by
using the natural alternative medicine without the invasive side
effects, and associated are good behavior, great concentration and
positive attitude toward life.
In the teenage period, acupuncture and
Chinese medicine could naturally nourish the female organs and
eliminate blood stasis to prevent the hormone imbalance, such as
dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, menstrual pain and cramps, PMS,
endometriosis, tumor, uterine fibroids, ovarian cyst, as well as
promote healthy menstruation cycle and build up a strong and healthy
reproductive systems.
In the childbearing age, acupuncture and
Chinese medicine increase the blood flow to the reproductive organs
to help fertility and conception; to produce more follicle and
healthy egg; balance the hormone level- estrogen, progesterone, FSH
level; nourish the endometrium to thick the uterus lining for
implantation; reduce the risk of miscarriage; improve low sperm
count and sperm activity; help morning sickness, and optimize a
healthy pregnancy and baby constitution.
During and after middle age, acupuncture
and Chinese herb could extraordinarily increase blood flow to
nourish the female organs that can prolong the life of the female
organs to help osteoporosis and slow down the speed of aging
process; smooth menopause syndrome, such as hot flashes, insomnia,
night sweats, anxiety, depression; enhance blood circulation to
reduce the chance of memory loss or mental dysfunction.
Besides reproductive system, acupuncture and
Chinese medicine also amazingly enhance the immune systems to
eliminate autoimmune disease such as lupus, osteoarthritis,
rheumatoid arthritis, allergy, etc.
The
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory of acupuncture and Chinese
herb medicine is based on the fundamental concepts of patterns of Qi
flow that throughout the body to help maintain the vital functions
of lives. Acupuncture technique involves the insertion of hair thin,
sterile needles at precisely identified acupuncture points which
along meridians, these meridian channels are the pathways to connect
interior and exterior of the body. Acupuncture is to enhance to Qi
and blood flow in the meridians and remove obstructions to adjusting
the direction of the flow.
Acupuncture is frequently used in combination
with herbs, which are used primarily to adjust Qi and blood flow to
release stress. obstacles , and pain in the patient’s body, boost
the immune system, and assist the body in its self-healing. Because
of its proven value in helping moderate and harmony the function of
organs, Acupuncture and
Traditional Chinese Medicine treats disease not only to relieve the
symptoms, but also to treat the body as whole.
